bought: Bosch / Skil 12v 3000mAh battery BAT011, order 27310
Same old story. Payment taken immediately in November, but no battery. Numerous emails sent (telephone helpline is a joke - there isn't one), replies as follows - "out of stock, expected next week", "missing from delivery", "delivery in the New Year", "due to arrive end of Jan", "is in customs", "due to arrive 5th Mar". I then cancelled the order and requested refund, response was "has gone for packing", followed by "has been shipped by Royal Mail" (complete with untraceable/phony tracking number), "has been dispatched, will keep you informed". Numerous requests for refund ignored, and now ignoring all emails. Have now had refund from credit card company. These people are fraudsters - don't waste time or money on them.
