http://www.spoiledbrat.co.uk/ I've given them a rating of 1 star for customer service and overall rating only because this site wouldn't let me do no stars..... My initial impression of this website where very good, they had the item I needed in stock and I had been unable to get it from the high street. I ordered next day delivery which didn't arrive for 2 days, however, I can't blame them for this as it was down to Royal Mail. All was well when everything was automated but the problems came when I had to deal with them directly, they have no customer service skills whatsoever. I received 3 emails from them all rude and one was downright abusive. Do these people not know about word of mouth being one of the best forms of recommendation. I certainly won't be dealing with them again and would never recommend them to anyone. Look carefully at the reviews before you decide to buy! All of the people writing good reviews have done so having had no problems with the orders. Beware, the cracks only start to show when you have to deal with the company personally, if you have a problem with your order you will more than likely receive very poor customer service as I found quite a few people have written reviews similar to mine. Doesn't surprise me that they decide to sell via the Web, I don't think they'd last very long if they had a store with face to face contact!!

Carol Rodgers, you ordered UGG boots from us, then returned them to us 10 days after purchase, we refunded you within 24 hours.
You then demand a refund for postage charges, claiming you were entitled to these back
As explained to you you are not entitled to a refund, as you did not cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations, nor did you notify us of the return in writing, nor did you return within 7 days,
This was explained to you not only by us, but by Trading Standards, ISIS, and SafeBuy
