bought: Hot water bottle, head knocker (was only advised this was out of stock after it was too late and I had been advised it was on the way)
I was advised the items were on the way, when in fact they were not. Hence I waited and did not have them in time for my friend's birthday, although I ordered them in plenty of time. They admitted the mistake but were not particularly apologetic, and did not refund postage or suggest any goodwill gesture although many emails had gone back and forth and I had been inconvenienced greatly.
