bought: 2 lexmark cartridges
I bought 2 black lexmark cartridges for my P4350 model. Once received i put one into the printer and it would not recognise it. I e-mailed Inkshop and Carol (i think she is the only person who works there) told me that i was doing something wrong. She told me to send them back, i posted them on the 26/11/07 and that was the last i heard. After numerous e-mails, which none have been replied to, and about 15 attempts at phoneing them (dont bother they never answer) i think i have been done. If you are going to order from this company then call them first to ask about their customer service 01634 566144. If you do order and you have a problem, hard luck, that seems to be their attitude.
