doesn't recommend World of Chillies

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience about World of Chillies. I ordered several seed combos from them with delivery request to Slovakia which have never been arrived.
I payed for the goods and received an official receipt about the payment, but received nothing as return for my money. I tried to contact them via phone, where I found only voice mail without any options to move forward except to leave my name and number which they have never used to call me back, or the phone just simply rang and had not been taken by anyone. I also wrote numerous amount of e-mails for a month to the customer service seeking information about the status of my goods which did not yield an answer from them neither. I even sent e-mails through the contact us option on their homepage: nothing.....
The whole home page looks very professional, all the information over there is so helpful, but this is very unbelievable and disappointing that they have been "handling" their customers in a very unprofessional way. As I received no value for me money, they "service" is a big zero for me.
The only thing I can do is to post the story of my bad experience to share with other people.....
