bought: Landrover phone, with Nintendo Wii, Wii Fit Plus and Balance Board for free gift. Order number 585002
I ordered my new mobile phone and a free gift. The phone arrived but not the gift, although they promise the whole package will arrive on the same delivery. Phone call after phone call I was told it would be delivered within the week. Last week I had a call to say the gift I chose is no longer in stock and I would have to choose one of lesser value. This was promised to arrive within the week. I was not surprise when it didn't. Now two months down the line I still have no gift, and I am out of pocket to the tune of approx £30 for phoning their expensive 0870 customer care number, and they'll put you on hold for ages. They are very dismissive, refuse to put you through to a superior, and emails to complain to management are ignored. Steer well clear!
